Our private tours are limited to 2 to 8 travelers. We conduct escorted and guided tours in Central Italy that are reserved for  travelers over 50 and active seniors.

Please note that we offer a Lowest Price Guarantee when you book directly with us.

​To Inquire About a Tour You Need To...

 

1. Tell us how many travelers will be in your group. If you are uncertain, select "not sure."​

​

2. Select which one of our four private small group tours you wish to take, or select "not sure."

​

3. Check the box for a 7-day Umbria tour or 10-day dual-base tour.

​

4. List your preferred dates if you have specific dates in mind. Also note if you are interested in adding one of our 3-day tour extensions to your 7-day Umbria tour or 10-day dual-base tour.

 

5. Complete and submit the form to the right.

How To Finalize And Book Your Tour

Once you have confirmed that you wish to take a specific tour and provided us with your dates, we will send you an email with an invoice to temporarily hold your dates.

​

We will hold your requested dates for up to 7 days to provide you with enough time for at least two of your tour members to pay a nonrefundable deposit of $1,500 per person. We cannot hold dates beyond 7 days if you have not made payment(s) totaling at least $3,000.

 

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB or UnionPay logo. You can also pay by Debit Card or directly from your checking account.

 

When we receive payments totaling $3,000 we will notify the Lead Traveler who made the initial booking that your dates are reserved. 

 

Once your reservation is reserved, you will have up to 30 days to:

 

  • Finalize the remaining travelers who will be in your tour group, if needed.

  • Provide us with their names and email addresses.

  • Italy Adventures will invoice the additional members of your tour group so they can make their $1,500 per traveler deposit(s).

 

That is all you need to do to make a reservation and book your private small group tour.

 

Italy Adventures will invoice each member of your tour group for the balance due, at a later time. The balance due must be paid at least 120 days prior to the start of your tour.
